Job Description:
  • Provide support for daily operational functions and strategic contingent workforce initiatives as assigned in support of the Contingent Workforce Program to deliver on cost savings, efficiency improvement, reporting/operations, risk/compliance, and spend management.  Serves as a key point of contact for internal teammates and external third-party providers throughout the full contingent workforce lifecycle ensuring an overall smooth and positive experience in the delivery of services.  FOCUS IS ON STAFF AUGMENTATION PROGRAM.
     
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for daily operational functions and strategic contingent workforce initiatives for the Staff Augmentation Program including directing Managed Service Provider (MSP) in their daily activities.
  • Participate in the day-to-day management of data integrity, processes, policy, and procedures associated with the Contingent Workforce Program and its third-party suppliers.
  • Respond to daily Contingent Workforce requests, inquiries, etc. from internal teammates or external suppliers, while ensuring proper resolution in a timely manner; escalate as appropriate.
  • Work independently to produce regular and ad-hoc reporting, Staff Aug Supplier scorecards, documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as assigned.
  • Assist with contingent workforce projects that require efficient contingent workforce data collection, interpretation, reporting, and ability to recommend process improvements. Resolve problems independently with the ability to make decisions on own authority under standard operating guidelines.
  • Assist with maintaining the Contingent Workforce Program intranet site content to provide internal clients and stakeholders serving as a conduit to program information and education.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of progressively more responsible experience working in large corporate contingent workforce Staff Augmentation programs that include daily interaction with program MSP, VMS provider and contingent workforce suppliers
  • 3+ years of experience delivering high end customer service to internal teammates and external supplier partners as part of a contingent workforce program
  • Excellent organizational skills with experience laying out and key contributor on small and large contingent workforce initiatives
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as directed and escalate where appropriate
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills including Data gathering and analysis experience
  • Proficient with computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with emphasis in working independently to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. 
  • Deep experience utilizing Vendor Management Systems (VMS) in performing contingent workforce program responsibilities.  Fieldglass experience a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of progressively more responsible experience working in contingent workforce Staff Augmentation programs that include daily interaction with program MSP, VMS provider and contingent workforce supplier
  • Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP)
