Position Summary
We seek experienced Field Service Technicians to join our team, providing exceptional after-sales service and technical support for rental equipment in North America. You will inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment such as forklifts, mobile cranes, MEWPs (Mobile Elevating Work Platforms), and earthmoving machinery. Your role will focus on delivering excellent customer service while ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Key Roles Available:
Field Service Technician – Specializing in Forklift & AWP (Aerial Work Platforms).
Field Service Technician – Specializing in Earthmoving Equipment.
Field Service Technician – Specializing in Rough Terrain Cranes.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and overhauls on rental equipment.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Respond to service calls in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers.
  • Maintain detailed service records and reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
  • Associate's degree in Mechanics or equivalent technical education preferred.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in:
  • Rental equipment assembly, maintenance, and repair.
  • Mechanical design and troubleshooting.
  • Hydraulic transmission and electrical/electronic principles.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus).
Certifications:
  • CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) is a plus.
Other Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Schedule:
  • Day shift, Monday to Friday.
  • Weekend availability as needed.
