Job Description:
The Associate Trade Marketing Manager reports into the Sr Director Trade Marketing and is responsible for the execution of Transversal Trade Marketing plans across all channels of trade (IND, KA, DS) in order to improve the consumer journey, leveraging digital tools. Besides working closely with his/her manager, the role is responsible for collaborating with Sales, Brand Marketing, global teams, and Trade Marketing peers to ensure flawless execution of trade marketing and brand initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and track transversal digital projects such as SmartShopper, Digital Windows, Lens Simulator marketing and tracking, and the Asset Distribution Tool. 
  • Set KPIs for usage and impact of digital tools. Regularly analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and proactively lead optimization initiatives across sales channels.
  • Support the adoption and conversion of these tools through tailored marketing, insights, and communications plans.
  • Develop Marketing support, insights and communication plan to maximize the usage and conversion of the tools in collaboration with global and local leaders.
  • Champion Customer-Centric Innovation: Collect feedback from sales teams and customers to evolve digital tools based on real-world needs. Act as the voice of the customer in tool development and rollout.
  • Support Sr Director of Marketing and the Project Manager in overseeing and managing the trade marketing budget for all digital tools activities.
  • Supports the communication and training with Sales and Marketing. Develop training modules, quick-start guides, and best practice playbooks for sales teams to ensure consistent and effective tool usage.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for Sales Consultants and Sales Managers regarding digital platforms.
  • Ensure digital tools are seamlessly integrated across the customer journey—from merchandising to consultation to post-sale follow-up—to drive a unified experience.
Top Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or project management
  • Strong project management skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desirable qualifications:
  • Experience with digital marketing tools or platforms (e.g., asset management, digital retail tools)
  • Background in B2B or wholesale channel marketing
  • Experience supporting sales enablement or training materials
  • Familiarity with data analysis and KPI tracking
  • Ability to collect and incorporate customer feedback into marketing solutions
Required skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or project management
  • Experience with Virtual Try-on software
  • Training
Note: There is some flexibility on industry background, but experience with marketing tools or digital projects is strongly preferred. Will consider candidates with 2+ years if they demonstrate strong project management skills and cross-functional collaboration.
