Job Description:
We are looking for creative and results-driven livestream operations specialists to co-create compelling, high-quality livestream content in the growing livestream entertainment industry.

Responsibilities:
- Recruit promising streamers and manage onboarding and training processes.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, performance management, and develop personalized growth plans for streamers.
- Provide content guidance and strategy suggestions based on trends and performance data.
- Maintain and grow a healthy guild ecosystem through events, policy alignment, and streamer community engagement.

Requirements:
- Strong communication and coordination skills; able to build trust with streamers.
- Familiarity with livestream platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube Live) and interactive features.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience in guild operations or supporting top streamers preferred.
- Background in content planning, streamer training, or short video production is a plus.
