Job Summary:
The ESS Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and expanding the company’s overseas energy storage business. This role involves leading sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, supporting project bidding, and ensuring annual sales targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive international sales of energy storage systems (ESS) and expand market share in target regions.
- Lead and support commercial contract negotiations and pricing strategies during project bids.
- Prepare and manage product quotations, ensuring alignment with project and financial goals.
- Collaborate with internal project teams and cross-functional departments to support sales execution and delivery.
- Follow up on quotations and customer sample requests, ensuring timely order fulfillment and revenue realization.
- Maintain strong relationships with overseas clients through regular communication, visits, and high-level customer service.
- Organize and support overseas customer visits, presentations, and post-sales engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of sales or business development experience in the energy storage or renewable energy sector.
- Proven track record of successful international sales and client management.
- Strong knowledge of energy storage systems, battery technologies, and project sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
