Key Responsibilities

Overall Sales Strategy and Execution:
Responsible for developing and implementing the overall sales strategy and executing sales initiatives within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with channel partners and/or end customers to drive sales growth.
  • Identify and develop new distributors and channel partners.
  • Achieve sales objectives in both quantitative terms (volume) and qualitative terms (diversification, coverage, risk management).
  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and provide periodic training support to customers.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by coordinating effectively with internal teams.
  • Ensure successful follow-ups with partners and key accounts (KAs).
  • Demonstrate expertise in providing comprehensive solutions to customers.
  • Develop daily sales opportunities through customer interactions, culinary demonstrations, and more.
  • Conduct product training sessions for distributor sales teams.
  • Collaborate with distributors and their sales teams to establish relationships with new restaurant chains, catering services, and hospitality clients.
  • Coordinate with the inside sales team for order management and delivery follow-ups.
  • Liaise with the aftermarket team to address service and quality-related issues.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
  • Achieve assigned sales goals.
  • Focus on target segments, including restaurant chains, retail, catering, and hospitality (e.g., hotels, resorts, healthcare, enterprises, and travel businesses).

Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in the commercial kitchen equipment market.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the commercial kitchen equipment ecosystem, including potential customers in food service, chain restaurants, convenience stores, hotels, and resorts.
  • Established relationships with key decision-makers in local partnerships or end-user organizations.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to innovate and adapt.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Logical thinker with robust analytical capabilities.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt to challenges, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
