Job Description:  
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join a growing Web3 team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing social media channels, building community engagement, and driving digital campaigns that enhance brand presence globally. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across product, design, and community teams to create compelling content and ensure messaging resonates with both retail and institutional audiences.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute the companys social media strategy across Discord, Twitter, and other relevant platforms  
- Monitor social conversations and industry trends to proactively engage with users and communities  
- Plan, schedule, and publish high-quality social media content in alignment with brand and marketing goals  
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop shareable content such as graphics, videos, and blog posts  
- Support the execution of community campaigns and global marketing activations  
- Respond to community messages and inquiries in a timely, professional manner  
- Track and report on social metrics using analytics tools (e.g. Twitter Insights, GA)  
- Continuously optimize engagement strategies through testing and performance analysis  

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field  
- 2+ years of experience in Web3/crypto marketing, social media, or digital communications  
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail  
- Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally  
- Demonstrated success in growing community engagement and executing campaigns  
- Experience with analytics/reporting tools and content scheduling platforms  
- Understanding of Web3 communities and crypto culture is a plus  
- Creative and proactive mindset with a passion for brand storytelling
