Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements):

We are looking for a candidate who has a basic knowledge of biology or chemistry, a desire to be successful, enthusiastic, and has the ability to learn. The ability to communicate with a customer on a technical level is a necessary starting point that needs to be sharpened on a continuous basis. Enthusiasm and a desire to meet new customers and please the customer are traits that our successful reps share. This position will require regular field trips to visit customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation techniques.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products or services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and to provide personalized solutions.
• Negotiate sales contracts and agreements, ensuring terms are favorable for both the company and the client.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in biology or chemical or Life Science related major (We will consider new graduates).
• Ideally 2 years of sales experience
• Desire to establish a long-term career.
• Ability to establish rapport with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to analyze sales data and present informative sales reports.
