Job Duties:

• Conduct client needs analysis and evaluates the effectiveness of training solutions

• Provide 1:1 coaching sessions to support clients in identifying career goals and establishing an action plan for achieving job success

• Continuously demonstrate a genuine passion for mentoring our students and improving our overall operations and impact as a company

• Manage and maintain strong client relationships by focusing on timely client support, clear and effective communication, and producing high-quality deliverables

• Be responsible for creating detailed program plans that accurately describe the tasks, deliverables, and due dates for multiple ongoing student projects

• Advise students regarding a job application, timeline, career goals

• Assist the Manager in aligning the business development strategy with product/service development

• Support business development and lead generation activities

• Support program growth and marketing initiatives as assigned

Must Haves: 

• Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude plus good teamwork
• Experience successfully multi-tasking and working independently preferred
