We are looking for a skilled and driven IT Support Engineer II to support and enhance IT Foundation Services. This role will lead and execute technology initiatives across infrastructure deployment, end-user onboarding, foundational IT support, and employee engagement. As a key contributor, you’ll collaborate with business units including HR and Finance to deliver seamless, high-impact IT experiences that support SHEIN’s workforce and operations across the Americas, Europe, and APAC.

This role reports directly to the IT Manager, Warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Operations

  • Provide Level 1/2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, Zebra printers, and other hardware.
  • Assist end-users, particularly in shipping and logistics operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues; handle installations, upgrades, and routine maintenance.
  • Maintain documentation and create knowledge base articles for user support.
  • Participate in on-call support rotation, including potential weekend coverage.

Infrastructure & Network Management

  • Design and maintain scalable, secure IT infrastructure systems.
  • Manage physical, virtual, and cloud-based server environments.
  • Configure and troubleshoot network components (LAN/WAN, VPN, switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points).
  • Partner with other IT teams to implement infrastructure requirements.

Server, Cloud & Automation

  • Manage Windows and Linux servers as well as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Perform system patching and updates.
  • Automate workflows using scripting tools such as PowerShell or Python.

Backup, Recovery & Security

  • Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery protocols.
  • Enforce security policies and implement protective network measures.
  • Conduct system health checks, audits, and vulnerability assessments using monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios).

  • Self-starter with a passion for technology, continuous learning, and innovation.

  • Strong background in project execution, customer service, and technical delivery.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, from planning to execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; adept at cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in globally distributed teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in IT operations and support, including ITIL processes and service lifecycle management.
  • Deep knowledge of infrastructure technologies—physical, virtual, and cloud-based.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices, change management, and resource coordination.
  • Strong ability to manage priorities and perform under pressure.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
