Compensation: The pay offered to a successful candidate will be determined by various factors, including education, work experience, location, job responsibilities, certifications, and more. Additionally, IntelliPro provides a comprehensive benefits package, all subject to eligibility.
Location: Reno, NV
Duration: 6 Months
Pay rate: $30/hr. to $39/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Tracks annual maintenance and capital program workload and schedule.
- Coordinates project-related efforts with Project Managers, Project Engineers, other departments, and government agencies.
- Schedules outages for construction with System Operations.
- Ensures that all databases for asset management and NERC compliance data are updated and maintained. Assists with annual and quarterly reports for WECC and NERC. Assists with project retirement forms and ensures proper processing of as-built prints.
- Strong in communication
- Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Team player who can work with a variety of personalities
- Open to accepting feedback and direction for improving processes and projects
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
