                    Job Type: FTE,on-site
                     Salary: $90k-$160k
 
Qualifications:
  • - Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • - Proven experience in quality assurance, QA/QC, or a similar role.
  • - Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.
  • - Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations.
  • - Experience with quality control techniques such as statistical process control (SPC) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
  • - Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles.
  • - Ability to fabricate, analyze, and interpret technical data and specifications.
  • - Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
  • -Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s quality strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
  • -Lead and mentor the Quality Assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-performance standards.
  • -Drive quality initiatives across all production stages, including research and development, manufacturing, and final testing.
  • - Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues and develop corrective actions.
  • - Provide guidance and support to production teams to ensure consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process.
  • -Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control procedures, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • - Participate in project management activities related to quality improvement projects.
  • -Conduct training sessions for employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • - Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • - Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s quality strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
