Job Responsibilities:
- Collect market information, achieve growth and hit sales targets and market expansion of AutoID products such as PDA/EDA, RFID, scanner and fixed reader in Europe;
- Obtain referrals from the current clientele to widen the sales pipeline. Acquisition of new clients, management and development of key accounts;
- Creat a short- and long-term sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure a strong presence of the company with the intention of achieving the given objectives;
- Responsible for the expansion of market such as channel developement, partenership building in Europe. The candidate shall maintain good customer relationship, and allocate various resources to achieve market development goals;
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
- Handle various matters related to sales in the European region: business negotiation, signing contracts, assisting in contract execution, and after-sales services etc.;
- Work closely with other team and oversee pre- to post-sales support activities such as coordinate with the technical departement while guaranteeing the greatest level of client satisfaction;
- Plan, organize and participate in the company's promotional activities in Europe, such as exhibitions, tours etc.
1. Bachelor degree or above
- Proven experience in the AutoID field and successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to make plan and drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise; excellent customer communication skills
