Job Title: e-Powertrain System Engineer
Location: Detroit, Michigan, USA
Responsibilities:
1. Develop overall e-Powertrain system solutions and lead system design/implementation
2. Analyze and decompose system requirements for motors, controllers, and related components
3. Gather customer insights to support global satisfaction and market development
4. Collaborate with cross-regional R&D teams on product architecture and roadmap planning
Basic Requirements:
1. Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency is a strong plus
Proficiency in e-Powertrain applications and vehicle integration requirements
2. Familiarity with motor, controller, and reducer development processes
3. Strong requirements development and systems thinking skills
4. Understanding of vehicle development and validation processes
5. Experience in e-Powertrain or range-extender systems preferred
