Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner

Location: San Jose, CA (On-site)
Salary Range / Rate (Currency): $100,,000 to $170,000 annually
Role Summary:
You will work hand in hand with business to achieve our business goals. You will guide and support talent management, performance management, career development, employee relations, workforce planning and change management activities. Your work will have real-world impact, and you'll be supported in achieving your career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with your assigned business unit(s) to develop a deep understanding of business strategies and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
- Consult with line management, providing HR guidance on matters such as talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Proactively assess team and employee development needs, offer recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Manage employee disciplinary issues and advise business leaders on effective approaches for each case.
- Collaborate and integrate with HR colleagues across Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and other HR teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Drive the employee engagement agenda within your assigned business unit(s).
- Act as an ambassador for organizational culture by planning and implementing culture-enhancing activities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HR Business Partner (HRBP) experience.
- Proven expertise in performance management, employee relations, and data analytics/reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in project and change management, with the ability to independently lead programs.
- Strong analytical and data management skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
Preferred:
- Mandarin Bilingual for internal client communications.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Knowledge and experience in the technology or internet industries are preferred.
