Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 annual salary + performance-based bonuses

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Director to lead the growth and expansion of our business across North America. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outdoor power equipment (OPE) sales, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage relationships, teams, and performance in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and grow existing business relationships while proactively identifying and securing new customers
  • Lead product line reviews, trade show participation, and industry events; prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals
  • Manage the full client lifecycle—from initial contact and contract negotiation to post-sale support
  • Develop and implement strategic, customer-specific sales plans aligned with company objectives
  • Provide regular business reports, analyze industry trends, and assess marketing channel effectiveness to inform growth strategies
  • Collaborate closely with the head office on product development, offering insights specific to the U.S. market
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in OPE sales with proven success in team and business management
  • Deep knowledge of the U.S. OPE market
  • Strong innovative mindset with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on unmet market needs
  • Highly self-motivated with strong ownership, perseverance, and ability to execute under pressure
  • Executive presence with the ability to confidently engage C-level stakeholders and negotiate high-value contracts
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Sales Director/Sales Manager roles at Positec/Worx, Greenworks, Chervon, or TTI
    • Merchandising Director/Divisional Merchandise Manager/Category Manager roles at The Home Depot, Lowe’s, or Tractor Supply Company
