We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Inspection Technician to join our team. This role primarily involves inspecting incoming products from various vendors, conducting thorough reviews of artwork, color accuracy, and performing necessary quality tests. The position also supports the organization and maintenance of the quality workroom to ensure smooth operations.

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Inspection Technician to join our team. This role primarily involves inspecting incoming products from various vendors, conducting thorough reviews of artwork, color accuracy, and performing necessary quality tests. The position also supports the organization and maintenance of the quality workroom to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed inspections of incoming products for quality assurance.
- Evaluate artwork, color matching, and other product attributes based on established quality standards.
- Document inspection findings and generate comprehensive reports.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the quality control workroom to manage high product volume.
- Provide technical support to production units, external vendors, and quality laboratories in alignment with regulatory and internal quality system requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a Science or Engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong focus on quality.
- Familiarity with FDA and ISO regulatory guidelines, including SOP compliance, auditing, and documentation procedures (highly desirable).
- Experience in statistical sampling methods and conducting tests on packaging components, bulk materials, and finished products.
- Prior experience with color matching is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
