• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed performance targets.

• Prepare and present sales forecasts, KPIs, and performance reports to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in RV sales or a related field, with proven success in sales leadership.

• Strong understanding of RV product types, features, and trends.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in CRM and sales software.

• Solid grasp of budgeting and financial planning.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
