Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Memory Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, analyzing results, and ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. This role requires a strong understanding of various engineering principles, especially in semiconductor and non-volatile memory technologies. The Memory Test Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and contribute to project success.

Essential Functions:

• Create comprehensive test plans based on product specifications and requirements, using Memory Test Equipment (MTE) and automated testing tools.

• Develop and implement automated test scripts using tools like Teradyne to streamline testing processes.

• Conduct tests on memory devices to identify and troubleshoot issues related to functionality, reliability, and performance.

• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with design teams to resolve issues.

• Optimize memory performance through rigorous testing and analysis.

• Document test procedures, results, and other relevant information to maintain a comprehensive record.

• Collaborate with design engineers, firmware developers, and quality assurance teams to support continuous improvement.

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and testing methodologies to contribute to ongoing improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on semiconductor and non-volatile memory.

5+ years of experience in non-volatile memory testing, including NAND flash, NOR flash, SSDs, and emerging memory technologies.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, with experience in test automation tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing comprehensive test strategies for multi-level memory products, including Multi-Level Cell (MLC) and Triple-Level Cell (TLC) NAND flash.

• Familiarity with memory controllers or interfaces.

• Ability to analyze test data to identify trends and offer data-driven insights and recommendations.
