Job Overview

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and execution of toy brand.  This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to drive product innovation, brand positioning, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate has experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycles, collaborating cross-functionally with design, marketing, and sales teams to bring engaging and high-quality products to market.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Development

  • Define and execute product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with brand vision and business goals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new product opportunities.
  • Work closely with design and engineering teams to develop innovative, engaging, and safe products.
  • Oversee product lifecycle from concept to launch, including pricing, packaging, and retail strategies.

Go-To-Market & Brand Management

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product positioning and messaging.
  • Develop retail and e-commerce strategies to drive brand awareness and maximize sales performance.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including licensors, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Work with supply chain teams to ensure timely production, inventory management, and quality control.

Consumer Insights & Competitive Analysis

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve existing products and guide new developments.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify differentiation opportunities.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine product features, packaging, and marketing strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership

  • Act as a liaison between product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Communicate product strategies and performance updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to foster innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Industrial Design, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 4+ years of product management experience in the toy, consumer goods, or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing consumer products.
  • Strong understanding of product design, manufacturing processes, and retail distribution.
  • Experience with market research, data analysis, and customer insights.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with licensing, brand partnerships, and e-commerce strategies is a plus.
